Reason #999 as to why we really need to move out of Ghettoville;
There are two registered sex offenders with felony convictions within a two block radius of our house. One down the street, and another one block over.
Honestly, this is why I don't let my kids play outside without adult supervision.
Is it true that sex offenders have to go door to door telling everyone in the neighborhood, "Hi! I'm your new neighbor! I'm a registered sex offender! Are these your kids?" That is what I have heard many, many times. Or maybe this rule doesn't apply in Ghettoville?

I've heard that in some places they do have to do something similar to that--a letter or something.
Door to door would freak me out.
I checked on-line to see if there were any near our house and got a nasty surprise.
